Exchange and Returns Policy

Rogue NG has a No Refund policy.

Returns are accepted in situations where minor alterations are required
Exchange will only be offered if it’s defected, incorrect, damaged or due to an error from us. In this case we will offer cost of shipping and delivery for such items.
Returns/Exchange being made due to customers error will be paid for by customer.

Non-returnable items:
Discounted or On Sale Items
Bespoke orders, Custom designs or custom measurements
Undamaged Items
Minor color difference
Items with tags removed or missing original packaging

Returnable (Exchange only) items:
Return due to error by us
Incorrect, damaged or defected items

We will only accept items for exchange if it’s defected, incorrect, damaged or due to an error from us.
We will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for items which have been used, stained, washed or damaged
We have the right to deny the exchange or returns to an order if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange will be shipped as soon as we have correctly received and processed the returned goods.

Please take a look at our size chart before placing an order to avoid issues. Items delivered according to sizes on our size chart will not be accepted for returns or exchange if they do not fit.
